Please join us for a vegan cheeze making demo in the barn. All proceeds will benefit the Animal Advocates of South Central PA. This event is co-hosted by the Animal Advocates of South Central PA, ScPA Vegan Drinks and Lancaster Farm Sanctuary.
Three types of cheeze will be demonstrated by Amber St. Clare Grebinger from the Non-Dairy Evoluntion Cookbook by Skye Michael Conroy:
- Mozzarella style
- Beer cheeze
- Bleu cheeze
